PA Systems for Saviles - Set Packages

Package 1 with PA & Projection - £3000.00 net
Suitable for conference up to 400 guests and dinner up to 400 guests that require a simple logo presentation:

Includes:

7.25m x 5m conference set incorporating a 3.6m x 2.7m screen (front projection)

The set will be covered in grey expo felt

PA system including:
8, 200w speakers, stands and cables
1400w amplifier and 12 channel sound desk
2 x wired microphone with either floor boom or table stand
1 x radio microphone (lapel or hand held)
1 x Conference projector XGA 4500 lumens, to be flown from truss
1 x Truss lectern
1 x technician 8 hours

• Set up will take approx. 4 hours.
• The hall must be clear during build as the set will need to be constructed on site.
• The above cost is based on set up and de-rigs during working hours. Should your client require an out of hours set up or de-rig the price would increase in accordance with our out of hours charges.
• Truss & hoists to be supplied by RA Int.

Package 2 with PA, Projection and Lighting- £4000.00 + VAT
Suitable for conferences & awards ceremonies from 400-800:

Includes:

12.25m x 5m conference set incorporating a 3.6m x 2.7m screen (front projection)

The set will be covered in grey expo felt

PA system including:
10, 200w speakers, stands, cables
2400w amplifier and 16 channel sound desk
2 x wired microphone with either floor boom or table stand
2 x radio microphones (lapel or hand held)
1 x Conference projector XGA 4500 lumens, to be flown from truss
8 x LED par 56 (to up-light set from the floor)
3 x Profile spots (1 to spot the lectern, 2 to highlight the graphic logo boards)
1 x Dimmer pack
1 x 12 channel DMX lighting desk
1 x Power distribution unit
1 x Truss lectern
1 x technician 8 hours

• Set up will take approx. 6 hours.
• The hall must be clear during build as the set will need to be constructed on site.
• The above cost is based on set up and de-rigs during working hours. Should your client require an out of hours set up or de-rig the price would increase in accordance with our out of hours charges.
• Truss & hoists to be supplied by RA Int.
• Logo boards can be produced, price on application and dependant on artwork and colours.

For larger number i.e. 600+ it would be advisable to have an additional 8’ x 6’ screen & projector flown half way down the hall @ £400.00 net (to include set up and trussing)

Package 3 with PA, Projection, Lighting and additional screen- £7000.00 net
Suitable for conferences and dinner dances of 800+ guests

Includes:
21.50m x 5m conference set incorporating a 3.6m x 2.7m screen (front projection) & 2 x 2.4 x 1.8 rear projection screen.

The set will be covered in grey expo felt

Light boxes will be positioned to either side of the large screen and illuminated using LED par cans.

PA system including:
12 x 200w speakers, stands, cables
2 x 18” Sub’s
1 x 2400w amplifier, 1 x 800w amplifier 12 channel sound desk
2 x wired microphone with either floor boom or table stand
3 x Conference projector XGA 4500 lumens, to be flown from truss
1-4 Kramer splitter
12 x LED par 56 (to up-light set from the floor)
4 x Mac 250 moving head lights (to provide additional light & effects to set from floor)
Show magic lighting program and lighting technician
2 Profile spot lights (to spot the 2 lecterns)
4 fresnels (to wash the stage area)
Power distribution unit
1 x lapel microphones
2 x hand held microphones
