| Staff thanks From World Corporate Games |

Hi Jim
On behalf of everyone here at the Corporate Games, I would like to formally recognise the hard work and outstanding efforts of all of the RAI event team that managed our event at Saviles on the 10 and 11th July 2008.
The team worked really hard to ensure that each and every one of our requests were dealt with, offering their full help and support to us in both the set-up and take-down of the event, so that we were able to efficiently register approximately 6,000 individuals at Saviles on Thursday and Friday. All of the staff were hardworking, friendly and great to work with - doing whatever they could to help us.
However, there exist two members of your team who we are greatly impressed with - and very grateful for their help. Raz and Delroy, duty manager and deputy duty manager across the weekend, were exceptional in supporting us to set up, operate and set-down the venue. Without them, delivery of our event would have been much harder and nowhere near as enjoyable - as they went beyond the call of duty time and time again to ensure we were very well looked after. As well as dealing with our demanding and sometimes very particular requests, somehow they also managed to ensure our somewhat weary team got a coffee every once in a while!
These are two very efficient, reliable friendly and personable staff, who, along with the rest of their team, have helped us to deliver one of the best SuperCentres the Games has ever known (this can be backed up from positive feedback from athletes). Raz and Delroy have been a pleasure to work with and are a real credit to themselves and to RAI International in supporting this event.
Plese pass this onto them, as well as the rest of the team - we are all very thankful for their help this weekend. My Managing Director, Dr. Ken O'Bryan, may wish to add to this, however these are my recorded thanks at an operational level.
Many Thanks and Kind Regards
Gemma Godfrey
